SBL Motorsport - The Team

SBL Motorsport is a team of friends and rallying enthusiasts who actively compete in national and regional stage rallies.

We have all been involved in the sport for a number of years either competing or supporting each other to do so.

The 2010 Season

We will be running 3 cars in 2010; Rob Price in the BTRDA championship and both Alan Abbey and Kevin Harvey in selected events.

To find out more about the team, visit our team page.

Registered charity number: 1120920

Help for Heroes was launched in 2007 by a group of friends and service relations who wished to do something to help the wounded coming back from Afghanistan and Iraq.

Prompted by Joe who has completed two tours of duty with the Royal Green Jackets, we want to raise awareness of this charity and the fantastic work they are doing.

Support for Charities

In 2009, SBL Motorsport started to support Help for Heroes (H4H) and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) by pledging £1 to each charity for every championship class point won; Alan in class B of the AWMMC and Rob in class 1.4S of the BTRDA.

SBL will continue to support the same charities during the 2010 season.

2009 donations: H4H £103, WNAA: £103

Register charity number: 1098874

In motorsport, safety is paramount and taken very seriously.  If the unthinkable were to happen whilst competing or indeed in every day life, the air ambulance might be your life saver.
